Our olive oil is cold extracted (22ºC) the same day of the collection of the organic olives.
Tasting note
Nose: Average intensity of fruity, with a combination of greens and characteristics of leaf and grass. There are also slight notes of almond and aromatic herbs.
Mouth: It has a great balance of bitter and spicy that are not very intense. The apple is present in the mouth.
