Our olive oil is cold extracted (22ºc) same day of harvest of the organic olives.
Medium high fruity intensity, in combination with green attributes such as green grass and ripe fruit. Vegetable notes are also manifested at different ripening points.
Bitterness and piquancy are detected with medium intensities. Along with them there are persistent vegetable nuances that are mixed with notes of dried fruit.
