Our oil is extracted in cold (22º) the same day of the collection of the ecological olive.
Tasting note
Nose: Average intensity of fruity, with a combination of leaf and grass. There are also slight notes of almonds and aromatic herbs. The Moorish variety gives it fruit intensity.
Mouth: It is detected a medium intensity of both bitter and spicy that combines a green with notes of ripe fruit and a light almond.
