Our oil is extracted in cold (22º) the same day of the collection of the ecological olive.
Tasting note
Nose: Average intensity of fruity, with a combination of greens and characteristics of leaf and grass. Light notes of almond and aromatic herbs are also perceived.
Mouth: It has a great balance of bitter and spicy that are not very intense. The apple is present in the mouth.
