Goat cheese and red peppers tub

The dish for today is … French.!
It’s a perfect recipe for those times when we meet with friends at home to have a “snack”.


– 400 g fresh goat cheese.

– 1 can of roasted peppers.

– 50 g pitted olives.

– 8 basil leaves.

– 5 chives.

– Salt and pepper.

– Extra virgin olive oil BAETURIA.

Drain and cut the peppers into strips. Crush the olives and chop the basil. In a saucepan we put a bit of olive oil and cook these three ingredients and leave it to simmer for about 15 or 20 min. Season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, crush with a fork, goat cheese and mix with the peppers, olives and basilthat we cooked before. Add the chopped chives.

In a pan we pour this preparation and we put it in the refrigerator for at least three hours.

Unmold and serve with toasts.
